Payment Methods and Limits
kua9 currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal Time: After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Completing account verification is mandatory for withdrawals. The name on the account and the name on the payment method must match.
- Transactions from third-party accounts will not be accepted. Transactions with mismatched details may be cancelled.
- kua9 reserves the right to request additional verification information for suspicious transactions.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
New members at kua9 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to claim this bonus.
- Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it is eligible for withdrawal.
- Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- kua9 may impose restrictions on specific games or categories when playing with bonus funds.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being cancelled.

VIP and Cashback Program
kua9's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, and players can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity.
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Prohibited Activities
What Is Strictly Prohibited
Engaging in any of the following activities may result in your account being immediately suspended or permanently closed, and your funds may be forfeited.
- Creating multiple accounts or using the platform under more than one identity.
- Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
